I am a registered yoga teacher and also have a degree in movement therapy. I am trained in Hatha yoga and trauma-sensitive yoga. I love teaching yoga and have developed a specialized practice teaching those of all ages who are new to yoga of and those interested in developing a personalized practice to fit their individual goals and needs.
